Preventative Roof Maintenance helps to extend the life of your roof by delaying the need for more repairs or replacements. Addressing minor issues earlier helps prevent small repairs from turning into large repairs down the road. Ensuring your roof has proper ventilation helps boost energy efficiency. Boosting your energy efficiency regulates indoor temperatures and reduces the strain on your HVAC, lowering your energy bills. Keeping a clean and sturdy roof also strengthens the appeal of your home and overall value.
Choose a plan that fits your needs:
Silver Plan: 1 visit per year
Gold Plan: 2 visits per year
Platinum Plan: 3 visits per year


The cost of each plan is determined by square footage, which plan you choose (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), and the roofs structural design.
Pricing can range from .15- .25 cents per square foot. The price of each roof will be different. If you are a returning customer, we have your roof layout so please contact us for your accurate estimate. For new customers, we will need to do an initial measurement/ inspection of your roof to determine your accurate pricing.

Inspect gutters for blockages, sagging, rust, or separation that could restrict proper water flow.
Confirm downspouts are securely attached and direct water safely away from the foundation.

Clean and remove all debris from gutters and downspouts to restore full functionality.
Ensure proper drainageto prevent water backup that can rot fascia boards, leak under shingles,and cause foundation issues.
Inspect all seals around vents, antennas, and solar mounts for cracks, separation, or deterioration.
Examine rubber boots around vent pipes to ensure they are flexible and free from cracking.
Identify and address deteriorated seals early, as these small issues can quickly develop into leaks and water damage if not maintained.
Evaluate the overall roof ageand estimate the remaining lifespanbased on condition and material type.
Note fading, surface wear, or brittle materials that indicate weathering or age-related deterioration.
Use these findings to plan proactive replacement or restoration before a failure occurs.
Assess roof deckingfor sagging, soft spots, or water stainsthat may indicate underlying structural issues.
Evaluate airflow throughout the attic and roof system to ensure proper ventilation.
Note that poor ventilationcan trap heat and moisture, leading to mold growth, reduced shingle lifespan, and higher energy costs.
Photos will be taken of damage or concerns along with a written report with recommendations for repair and maintenance. This creates a record of roof condition for insurance, warranty, and resale purposes. It helps prioritize maintenance and budgeting.
